While buying a pet fish all you need to make sure is that you have clean water at your place and lots of interest to take care of your pet. Fish food is simple and you can get it at a pet store. Make sure you change the water in the bowl regularly. While cleaning the bowl, remove and place the fish in another bowl of water. The life term of a pet fish depends upon how much care you have taken and how much interest you have shown on your pet.
